When that workflow is active, we also record the page through which you contacted us and, where provided, limited campaign information such as a UTM source or campaign name. This helps us understand how a homeowner reached us and does not change how we evaluate an inquiry.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical request information needed to operate and protect the website. We do not currently use optional analytics tools, advertising pixels, retargeting, marketing automation, or advertising tracking on this website.
How we use information
When seller inquiry processing is active, we use seller inquiry information to review a property and the homeowner’s stated goals, communicate about the inquiry, discuss possible purchase arrangements, and operate and secure our website. Sharing information does not require you to accept an offer or enter into a transaction.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use seller inquiry information for unrelated third-party marketing, and we do not send automatic confirmation emails to homeowners through this website.
Service providers and internal notifications
Remington Property Group uses Manus-managed hosting and backend services to operate this website and protect the seller-inquiry workflow. When seller inquiry processing is activated, authorized service providers may process information only as needed to host the website, validate and protect the inquiry, and send the internal notification described below.
When configured, Resend sends an internal inquiry notification to remingtonpropertygroup@gmail.com. The homeowner’s email address is used as Reply-To for that internal message; it is not used to send an automatic homeowner confirmation. Authorized Remington personnel use Gmail to receive and review accepted inquiry notifications.
Current preview status
Seller inquiry processing is inactive in the current Manus Preview. Information entered in that preview stays in the browser; Remington Property Group does not receive, record, or retain it as a live homeowner lead.
How information is protected and handled
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. When seller inquiry processing is active, the website validates submissions on the server, applies basic spam controls, and sends an owner notification only after the email provider accepts the request. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
The website does not maintain a separate lead database or dashboard in the current planned configuration. Accepted inquiry notifications are received in the authorized Remington Gmail inbox and are handled according to Remington Property Group’s business-record practices and applicable obligations.
Privacy requests and your choices
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to ask questions about how it is used. To make a request, contact us using the email below and include enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
This website is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. Please do not submit information about a child through the seller inquiry form.
